实验室主要采用生物学、生物化学以及结构生物学等方法解析常见作物病原真菌的致病机制（禾谷镰刀菌、稻瘟病菌）以及抗药机制（禾谷镰刀菌），尤其是蛋白质翻译后修饰在其中发挥的作用。
