郑永权，男，1962年生，教授，博士生导师。国务院政府特殊津贴专家，全国农业科研杰出人才。植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室青岛研究中心主任、中国农业科学院科技创新工程的“农药化学与应用技术”创新团队首席科学家、农业部作物有害生物综合治理重点实验室主任、农业部农产品质量安全生物性危害因子风险评估实验室主任、农业部农药应用评价监督检验测试中心主任、农业部转基因环境安全及植物抗性监督检验测试中心主任。曾任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副所长，现兼任北京农药学会理事长、中国农药发展与应用协会副会长、中国植物保护学会常务理事；国际食品法典委员会（CAC）农业工作组专家、食品安全国家标准审评委员会委员、国家农药残留标准审评委员会委员、全国农药登记评审委员会委员、农业部农产品质量安全专家组专家、绿色食品专家咨询委员会委员、无公害农产品评审委员会委员等职。

1985年本科毕业于南京农业大学

1998年研究生毕业于中国农业科学院

2004年博士毕业于华中师范大学

三、研究方向简介

长期从事农药科学使用、农药残留与环境安全性评价、农产品质量安全、农药污染生物修复等研究。
 

先后主持国家重点研发项目、国家公益性行业科研专项、国家自然基金、国家支撑计划、国家973、农业部财政专项及国际合作等课题20余项。
